Do not book this bus no matter what!

Do not book this bus under any circumstance. They can postpone the bus frequently. I think they do this when the bus is not fully booked. The condition of the bus is horrible. I booked this bus because it was leaving at a convenient time for me but guess what, it never left. The worst thing is that they have no offices, so you have no where to go and complain. Their number never goes through. So you end up forfeiting your money. I don't know how such a bus operator is allowed to operate.
