Disgusting service: Illegit charging for luggage.

I am so disgusted by the service of this bus. I booked a ticket for my niece from KWT to Johannesburg and paid R430. Then booked another one from Joburg to KWT and paid R520. The funny part was that on her return the Driver asked her to pay R50 for her suitcace, no receipt was given. When my mother picked her up from the bus station and asked for the receipt, the driver was so rude to her. They had to even dig out their own suitcase coz he stormed away and left without an explanation.
