Disgusting Service

I would like to write about Ilulabus coaches,the poor service I received from them,I booked a bus ticket on the 01/07/2022 for 03/07/2022 departure time was 19h00 I bought the ticket for R450,for my son who was going to attend a funeral in Queenstown,my son sleep the whole night at Cape Town station he had to sleep in the cold until the next morning nothing,He went back home round about 12H00 Monday because there was no go ahead no communication nothing their phones were not picked up,their offices are locked,I just don't know where to go for my refund because I want my money back
