Disgusted

The worst service I've ever encountered. I booked two tickets for my daughters departing from KMB to CT on Sunday evening. We received a sms 1hour before the departure informing us the trip has been cancelled due to an issue in JHB the trip will however continue on Monday from KMB. Again 2hours before departure on Monday we received an SMS the bus had been delayed 5hours due to an issue in JHB. The bus never came my kids were stranded for 6hours waiting on a bus. You contacted the office and no one answered the phone. You send an email and get no response. I'm now fed up and more disgusted at the service. Give me my money I will never recommend your service to anyone. I will take this matter further as I have not even an apology. Disgusted
