DE*****ED AND ****MED

On the 17th of August I bought a bus ticket for my mother to travel from Queenstown to Bellville CPT. The bus never arrived and I called ilula. A lady by the name of Asange then promised to have the matter resolved in a day or 2. I was promised a refund. I then booked a different bus while awaiting my refund as the reason for my mom was rather a life threatening matter.

8days later I am still awaiting refund and I am constantly sent from pillar to post and have to continuously following up with the matter.

I have even gotten my legal a representative to get answers for me as the businesses contact details do not work. The agent "Asange" refused to give any email or contact details of the company. THIS COMPANY IS ****S UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS
