Complete disappointed 😞 😔

Bought a ticket yesterday to joburg when I got to the bus station there was only one bus which was mixing cape town and Joburg telling us that we will get the bus in Queenstown when we got the the bus could not start the gears were rong up until the fixed the bus just now the bus left some of us we could not climb in cause it was too full it took overload the just left us here in Queenstown without a word , we are now stranded here in Queenstown ,how do we get help in this situation
