I booked a ticket for myself on the 04th November 2024 for the 17th of November 2024 East london to Cape Town I got a sms on the day of the trip which was the 17th of November 2024 that my trip is canceled due to not enough bookings - I mean the f*** I paid my ticket so make a plan, I then request a refund they told me that computicket has been Authorized to refund me I contacted Computicket via email- attached all requested documents and information just for computicket to say they don't know anything about my case and will not be refunding me I should contact ilula buses which in actual fact I can't get hold of them, because all the numbers don't work refund requested for ticket:ILEYAU01
