Bus did not arrive

Worst experience from this bus service as the bus did not show up. I bought 3 bus ticket for my inlaws and their grandson on busbud online sales from Paarl in Western Cape to Queenstown. The tickets were for Sunday the 25th of June 2023 at 07:15 pm arriving Monday morning at 06:00am. My inlaws arrived at the station 45 minutes before departure as they are pensioners and like to be on time. They waited at the station until 09:00 pm only then they called me to let me know that the bus *ilula* hasn’t arrived. Was shocked and felt terrible as l was the one who chose that stupid bus for them so ltried calling their offices and could not get hold of anyone. Eventually l decided to drive to the station before Paarl to see if can get some information and to my shocking there were a lot of people all waiting for Ilula bus some had been waiting since 03:00pm and this was now around 11:00pm. My inlaws ended up going back home obviously very disappointed and upset. This bus is very unprofessional and trust me they will never a see another cent from me and my family again. I would rather spend an extra R200 and buy a different reliable professional bus to avoid future disappointments. Hopefully this review will also assist the next person not to waste their time purchasing this bus ticket because they have no care for their passengers. If u decide to buy it cross your fingers and know its a gamble
