Bus delayed for 4 hours

The worst **** I have ever experienced, I booked a bus and it was supposed to arrive at 6:30 it’s now 8:51 and there’s no word or a call that tells the customers about the delay I am in queens town I don’t even know where I am gonna sleep because I am from ngqamakhwe I will never book this bus again and any one who thinks of taking this bus don’t because they don’t know how to treat people
