Bad timing and service

My girlfriend booked your coachs from Cape Town to Johannesburg for the first and for the very time the bus is delayed for at least 1 hour, I mean 1 hour who does that? And we contacting your lines on the webpage and they both not going through I just do not understand, how do you guys operate???? Flippen bad service
