Bad service

Very bad service. Booked a 7pm trip, only to receive a message that it would be delayed by 3 hours and depart at 10pm. I am writing this review at 10pm and the bus is still nowhere to be seen. It would be better if they offer refunds to those who cannot be inconvenienced in this way. I do not recommend it.
