bad service

POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Current bust situation we booked a bus for 3 kids (boys ) a bus from East London to cape town the bust departure at 15:00pm on the 25\06\2022 at East London and its arrival time to cape town would have been at this Moring at 06:30 am , The bus was involved in an accident with a track at Cradock this morning around 03:00am , people have been stranded since then at Cradock with no assist from the bus services whatsoever , we are worried that the children will run out of food and by the looks of things even the bus drivers are struggling to report the matter as they cannot get hold of the bus office. we tried calling the bus services with no luck we need Urgent assistance!!!!! SO Disappointed in illula bus services
