Bad, poor service

On the 14th June 2024 I bought 2 bus tickets for my children from Belleville to Queenstown. Unfortunately the bus never came, I tried to called but no helped because no one was picking up the phone, until I made another arrangement to fetched my children from bus stop back home. I wrote an email asking for refund but up until now I never heard from them .
