Bad customer service.

I booked the return ticket 12th of September that is from Cape town to Queenstown for the 23rd of September. Only yesterday the 21st of September I received a call telling me that they don't have services on that day so I need to go day before or day after the 23rd. I axplained to the lady that I need to be in Queenstown by the 24th she said they will get back to me. I called them back myself again and the lady was so rude over the phone shouting telling me they will get back to me she is still need to call the managers and she dropped the phone. I called again asking for refund because I need to have money to go home on the 23rd as I have a cultural even at home. The lady insisted that they are going to get back to me. Till today I haven't received their call and mind you it's Friday today and how I'm going to get home.
