Annoyed passenger

Worst bus ever booked it for 12 jan 2024 and they sent an sms to cancel the bus 30 min before departure time from johannesburg to kwt and rescheduled for 13 January at 7pm...we waited it did not arrive...no communication they don't even answer the calls.This bus shouldn't be on the road clearly they are ****ming people.
