Annoyed Customer

On the 14 January 2024 ,I booked a bus from Cathcart to Johannesburg ,the bus did not arrive,I received an sms saying that the Bus will arrive the following day,and guess what the Bus was not the there the following day .

This people are cruel and are ****mers ,they must refund us our money ,we have to wait at night while it’s cold and unsafe

I’m very upset and annoyed with this Ilula Bus
