Terrible service delivery and pathetic customer service

I was looking for a company that can assist me with getting accreditation. I requested an invoice from them and made a 50% deposit and a further balance in Jan 2022.I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company. They promised me a 30 day turnaround time to complete the work that was requested and until now 5 month down the line I am still awaiting that work. I do understand the process does take time was willing to wait for it. The frustrating part is where I requested a proof of submission to see if they had submitted my documents as promised. For a period of 5 weeks I am asking them to provide me on email proof of submission they promised on behalf of my company, that too there are numerous excuses. It cannot be so difficult to send scan and send through a email. I then had a conference call with the lady and requested that I will put it on email 1) Refund all monies that I paid to the company until my accreditation has been finalised in which case I will then pay the funds back. 2) Show me proof of my submission that they completed which until now I am still getting stories and they cannot provide that simple document showing me that the work has been submitted.. I have never met a company that is so ********* and so unprofessional. this has actually made me unsure of the work they say they have done as no proof can be shown to me. I acknowledge that I have received my money back but this was very frustrating and a waste of my time (5 months) where I could have worked with another company who would be reliable and do the work in the correct turn around time. I would not recommend working with Ilubalethu due to having such a terrible attitude with clients, not getting the work done and wasting valuable time. The stories that they have made to avoid sending a simple email was absolutely ridiculous.If anyone is interested in doing business with this company I can gladly show you all forms of communication as well as messages that was sent to them requesting proof. I cannot believe in todays day and age companies can work in this manner.
