Illy's Car Sales

I bought a car at Illy's car sales on the 27th of September. Till today I am still waiting for the license papers and the number plates. Car's inside door handle was broken. CV joints and wheel bearing I need to replace. There was no spare or jack. I am still waiting for them to explain all the fallts. I did not bought the car voetstoots. Today wile I was driving it broke down and I was stranded on the side of the rode .
