Aroma Café - Rude, arrogant owner. Doesn't value customers. Treats customers badly.

The owner of this restaurant is the most rude, obnoxious, arrogant man I have ever come across in my life. He does not value his customers and has no way of addressing issues. A while back I ordered a pizza with chicken, sun dried tomatoes and AVOCADO. 20 minutes after placing my order, the waitress decides to tell me that they are out of stock of avo. They should have told me when I initially ordered the avo pizza! I asked why they don't buy an avo from Woolworths or Checkers (right next to the coffee shop - to which they rep**** - "it's too expensive!" Okaaaaaaaay. I just paid R92 for a pizza but you can't pay R15 for 1 ago! I agreed that they could replace the avocado with feta - which was not what I ordered but I accepted it to be nice since they had already made the pizza. After more waiting time, my pizza arrived - BURNT, very little cheese and only in the middle - not spread throughout the pizza, minimal toppings and 1 tiny piece of feta on a few of each of the slices of the pizza. I said I would prefer my money back so that I could eat somewhere else. I don't usually complain but i couldn't accept this bad pizza. I spoke nicely and explained that it's not what I ordered and it's burnt and they put very little feta considering I didnt even want the feta in the first place. The owner argued with me and said it's covered in feta and it's a perfect pizza - which no, it was far from it. I know because I was a regular and ate at this coffee shop almost every day. He then told his staff "give this lady her money back and we are done here!" I said thank you and then as he was storming away, he turned around aggressively and said "THE PIZZA PLACE IS OVER THERE!!!!" (pointing towards pizza perfect) . I was in utter shock when he was so rude! I said "I will never come back here" and he rep**** "Please don't" and I've never been back. But today, my little sister and her friend went for lunch and as they sat down, the staff came to them and said they can't serve them. I'm sorry but this is disgusting behavior. Pano, you ugly old man, humble yourself. Maybe if you had a good heart, it would reflect, but you're a bad person and that makes you very ugly. All those R300's and R600's and R50's and R100's add up and eventually, the more customers you treat badly and push away, you will wish for those customers back. I rate Aroma Café no stars at all.
