I recently placed an order for a bag with a company called Illundi after seeing an Instagram post for a buy one get one free deal. Upon placing the order the service was super efficient and there was even a WhatsApp number to chat if experiencing difficulties with placing your order. This was on 29 March 2024. To date I have not received my order and after several follow ups the bags have still not arrived. I followed again today only to be told that the owner has lost all his contacts and needed my order number again. This after I was promised last week that the bags would arrive today. @illundi I think you can definitely do better. This is not fair to your customers.
