Lack of trained and knowledgeable staff. Zero Customer Service
Unable to cash up Illovo Shares. Nobody at the company knows who can assist with this. This journey has been almost 25 years. The lack of co-operation held up finalising a trust / estate. Eventually, the shares were transferred from the Estate into my name so it could be closed . I have tried several times over the years to get these shares cashed up. I cannot believe that a trusted company of size and age cannot have staff who know what person or department can assist and don't have the ability to find out and get back to someone. This is disgusting that I am unable to cash up Shares that actually belong to me.
