Pathetic service!!!

<p>Upon arrival the lady behind the reception desk looked at us as if "*** you doing here". She was rude- didn't greet, wasn't helpful at all. We were then informed that they didn't receive our booking and had to redo the entire booking process (to be fair this was quick and painless). We booked for B&B for two people and were charged the advertised rate of R880.00. Off to the room we go and the aircon doesn't work, only utensils (cups, towels etc) for one person (we were two people). So we arrange an uber to fetch us and take us to our function- uber driver was asked to wait outside and wasn't allowed inside. We return for our funtion at roughly 10:30pm. We ring the bell for the security gaurd to open the gate- no answer. After 5mins we call the reception and ask if someone could open up for us, 5mins after that call the reception lady comes outside and knocks on a car window- ahhh there is the security gaurd, catching thee biggest nap known to man. Next day and time for breakfast, we were not informed about breakfast times so we went at 9:10am we were told-sorry breakfast finishes at 9am, so we explained that we didnt know and we reached an agreement to still receive breakfast. The breakfast people then inform us that only one of us can get breakfast- BUT wait a min, we booked(then rebooked) for TWO people B&B. They explained that it doesn't work like that, if you booked for two people B&B the one person has to still pay for breakfast- at this point we were over this place and the false advertising techniques. So we complained a little then said ah **** IT. Finally home time (get to leave this **** hole) and guess what- it's 11am and the good old trusty security gaurd is taking another fat nap. I mean FAT as **** nap. Blowed the hooter to wake him up and received a "dude **** off im tryna sleep here" look while he searched for the button to open the gate. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this **** hole and sleep in your car rather-hopefully your AC works! </p>
