Too good to be true

When they say that a place can sell you dreams and false promises they’re talking about Illovo Country Estate. Do not make the mistake of wanting to move here. It is the worst.. You move into brand new flats that are infested with mould. Everything will get mouldy. Your clothes, books, furniture etc. I got sick from stay there because the mould was so much.

Maintenance issues are not attended to. The caretaker does not care and is very rude to his tenants. The treatment is borderline ****** to say the least. You will live in utter disparity with subpar facilities that do not get fixed.

The rent can fool you and it looks too good to be true. That’s because it is. Take caution and do not even consider this as a place you want to stay at.
