Illovu country Estate Nightmare

Whatever you do… don’t come stay here. Property is managed by Alley Roads, they don’t care about tenants. The electricity was cut for a whole week because it was alleged that they were owing municipality, no explanation was given and they don’t answer calls or emails. We had our electricity cut off even though we didn’t have any rent outstanding as well. The electricity is VERY EXPENSIVE (prepaid meter, they charge high service fees and you end up getting less units). It’s a nice place, poorly maintained - not worth your mental health. All the reviews you’ve seen before mine… believe them… what a mess. We should have seen the signs when we viewed the place a lot of units were empty even the older units but we ignored the red flags. 0/10 don’t waste your time 🚮 happy we moved out!
