DO NOT BOTHER ! YOU WILL SET YOURSELF UP FOR DISSAPOINTMENT I have been living there for a little over a year now and nothing has changed no development, there is no communication between the developer, landlord and agency to the tenants. Your contract will differ as well as your rent will differ to the person living next to you. It's a health hazard, its unsafe for you or anyone else to live there, its unsafe for children. Security is sleeping on the job, very rude and arrogant and think just because they wear an unregistered badge on their t-shirts that they have the right to handle you like dirt. You can complain about everything on email, the email will get ignored. Its false adverti*****t, not worth the rent. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER !!
