Package Delay

<p>On Sunday, 11 December 2017, I went to Illi Ideas for a Photo Shoot with my family , which thay claimed I won. Their sales person by the name of Ms. Adolphinah Letsoalo called me 27 November 2017, saying I have won a photo shoot with them and the photoshoot consist of 2 photos for 2 adults + 1 child, and you'll pay R99.00 for an extra child. I was happy and we scheduled an appointmnet for Sunday 11 Dece,ber 2017 at their sandton office. And I went there with my family excited and we arrived there. They took 150 photos of us and we ended up choose of packed of 50 photos and I paid R999.00 + R1550.00 for Block Mount Frame size:A0. Up to now I have not received my family potrait (Block Mount Frame size:A0), which I paid. I phoned Ms. Adolphinah Letsoalo twice and she promised me lies, I quote “We do once again commit to having the prints ready by 28th February 2017, failing to reach this commitment, will result in a full refund for the frames”</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very angry and disappointed with Illi Ideas. I want my money</p>
