I have bad experience with Ilitha

I have bad experience with Ilitha. Ilitha promesed me that there will bring fast reliable wifi connection but l haven't seen that. I have tryed to contact then to come and fix my wifi problem and still till this day no respond. My business is being affected by there service and those who are studying can't do school work properly because of this. It has been two weeks since I have contacted them and still no response.
