Dear Hello Peter I would like to bring the following into your attention,today around 3pm i went to Cape town bus station.When i arrived at the station entrance i found the gate widely open and there were two security standing at the gate not even concentrating.I proceeded as i wanted to offload my friend's bags suprisely from nowhere the other security just come and ask me,why should i get into the premise.I informed him that is business property belong to the city so i just come with no knowledge that i must not offload bags inside the bus station.He then told me to get out and i told him that im already on the middle of offloading just allow me to finish,he then told me that im going to close the gate and i wanted to show you that you are not clever.When i come back he ordered two other security to close the gate so that i can not go out and he further told me that he wanted to teach me a tough lesson. Immediately my wife switch on the phone and start to take a video. He called his senior upon his senior come he told him that"hey talk with this dog"he used xhosa language of which he thought i don't understand it.I then told him that he is insulting me.His supervisor did nothing about it .I informed his supervisor Mr Silvertol Madikazi that i wil take this issue further with your company.I have the video and wil upload it.His supervisor didn't address the issue as the guy didnt even listen to him,he walked away and telling me and his supervisor that i don't care,if you you wanted to take this further take it.For more information please contact me on ********** 125
