The Brand That Simply Does Not Care

I will NEVER EVER buy one of these products again. In less than 7 months of owning my laptop, the device for no apparent reason started to crack. I went back to the store as it was still under guarantee and warranty, only to be told that I should 'keep it out of the sun'. I then went further and sent a message to their support center about replacing the hinge on this ****, and till this day have not heard back from them. There is still one one month left of my guarantee and this thing is falling apart.

Be sure that I will make it clear that this brand is EXTREMELY unreliable and I will do my best to advise those looking for reliable brands to stay far far away from you.
