Phones not answered - Bad service

I have made several calls to Ilembe last week no one answered the calls. I have called their call centre again today and l was told to call *** or *** or *** no one is answering the phones. The statement is required by the lawyers. I don't know what to do now l stay in Pretoria, l have sent an email l have not received any response.
