The most unhygienic and uncomfortable experience ever.

I have to express my unhappiness and discomfort experienced at the Ilawu hotel in pmb. The towels were stained. The bed sheets and pillows were stained. The shower was dirty. The toilet was dirty. The floor was stained. When I asked for my booking to be cancelled and that I be refunded I was told that I would lose 100% of my money. I even tried to negotiate and nothing. I had to look for another accommodation and incur another cost.

I honestly do not recommend this place for anyone, what you see in the pics is not what you get it’s false advertising in my opinion. Beware to all as you could lose your money just like how I did.
