Moved From Dbn to CT
I regret ever using your services I expected great service only to find out, a few things are missing, my stove is scratched and ruined. TV screen is ******ed, How the hell do you expect us to give you great reviews when this is the outcome. Will never recommend you to anyone. When our stuff was supposed to arrive in CT, you gave us excuses about when it was arriving, oh the truck broke down or there was traffic. Then you have the nerve to give slack to my mother saying it was our storage unit of how we didn't have locks for our storage unit and it must be them. Excuses excuses excuses

12 Mar 2022, 18:25Good Afternoon. Yes there was traffic along the way which can be expected for such a long trip. All items was delivered. And is supposed to be checked by the owners on arrival 4 months later we get a phone call and say items were broken and lost? That is why we state that all items needs to be checked by the owners on delivery as explained to your mother aswell. As to your TV and fridge where both was completely wrapped and never mentioned of before this complaint your mother phoned first and said she cannot find a "statue" which I stated I do not know where it is at this point in time. My people even helped to lock up with your mom. And she said she wanted to go and buy new locks for the unit.

12 Mar 2022, 19:36Sorry it's 2 months, and it was safely in storage till we moved into our own place and no it's not a statue, it was a vintage foot stool. No one was talking about the fridge, I was talking about the stove and our TV, My TV screen is cracked, how the hell does a TV crack when it was covered in full bubble wrap? Does not make sense at all, unless you'll dropped it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICE EVER. Just expect a call from our lawyers for the damages that you'll have caused.
