Ilanga Estate - No Refund

I made a booking to stay at Ilanga Estate (Bloemfontein) from the 27th till the 29th of March. I cancelled on the 16th of March. They were not supposed to debit my credit card because I cancelled way in time. But they still debited my card. I get promises of a refund. But up to now only EMPTY promises.
