ILALA GUESTS HOUSE must be closed down ASAP!!!

Appalling service at ILALA GUEST HOUSE!!! The guest house is situated in Ormonde; South of Johannesburg. I booked a 5 night stay with my family at Ilala guest house and we had a horrible experience. We payed for cleaning services that we never received. The place is filthy. They never change bedding and no cleaning of bathrooms. They demand more money from guests for kitchen usage which they never communicated upon booking. When we refuse to pay, they disconnect the stove and the fridge such that we cannot cook and our food gets spoiled. I’m not sure what is wrong with their guesser and water because whenever we wash dishes or bath we get an electric shock. Their service is very poor, their stuff never greets the guests and they make guests feel uncomfortable. When we ask them questions, they reply with attitude and sarcasm. The guest house does not even comply with COVID-19 regulations. People go in and out without sanitizing of hands and temperature checks. DO NOT GO TO ILALA GUESTHOUSE!!! It’s a waste of time and money!!!
