Horrible Service

The service is very poor. They are very unprofessional. I booked for 2 nights and i had to leave early because of a family emergency. They do not want to refund me for the second night saying that I left on my own will. I find this disturbing and very ridiculous. Im really actually thinking of taking this matter up with the police and perhaps even maybe getting a lawyer involved. Its been more than a month since I have requested for a refund. They don't even bother calling you to follow up.
