FOOD SERVED COLD - SENT BACK TWICE!

I took a guest to Localino Restaurant in Bryanston last night. Both of our food orders, fillet and gnocci were served cold and had to be sent back. When they came back with the food it was still cold. The third time the food arrived, the gnocci was still cold. This left me having to eat alone until my guest's food arrived once again!No offer for any compensation, i.e. complimentary dessert, coffees, was made. Not acceptable.
