BEWARE: Full of empty promises
Please beware of Francois Kriel / Ikusasa le Afrika Construction CC in Paarl. Francois Kriel was contracted in middle June 2015 to perform work at my house. After a week and a half of empty promises and excuses why he cannot start with the work, he promised to pay back the deposit. It has now been two months, still without any deposit being paid back, even though Francois Kriel cancelled the agreement after my lawyer contacted him.

02 Nov 2017, 13:44The above case is still not settled, with only a small portion of the original deposit repaid. No regular payments are made. Each time a payment was promised, it took almost a month before a small amount was actually repaid.
