I ordered items online and paid for them. They were however out of stock. iKura sent me an email and suggested another similar item. I didn't want the replacement, and iKura went the extra mile to find the correct item for me. They stayed in contact with me the whole time, and I received my order in perfect condition. I am very impressed.
