Buyer, beware of iKura

March 16. I placed and order and paid for an item showing on the website as being in stock with next day delivery. I did not receive an oder acknowledgement but did get Payment Confirmation from PayFast March 18. My order had not been delivered so chased it up by email, but got no response. March 19. Another email and still no response. March 20. Same again. March 23. I got this response. Good day, Thank you for your recent purchase but I am afraid we won’t be able to deliver the goods you have purchased. Our supplier has just informed us that the Forehead and ear Thermometer for adult / baby are currently out of stock and advised to cancel the order since they do not know when it will be back in stock.

I rep**** asking for a refund.

May 31. I sent an email requesting an update on my refund status. My mail was read June 23. To date I've not had any communication from them nor a refund..
