Close your business!!!!

I wish I could rate I[KUHL-ER] a ZERO! I am VERY disappointed in Ikuhl-er. I placed an online order on 13 November 2020 and have not received my order or any updates as of today. It's almost a month later and my emails and calls goes unanswered. I contacted the director at *** AND *** I want a immidate refund. I will never recommend Ikuhl-er to anyone!!!
