Horrible costumer service and failure to pay refund

Ikor auto parts spares in New Germany (Pine Town) has a horrible costumer service. I bought shock mountings on the 9th of June 2021 they asked for a VIN number but still they supp**** me with the wrong parts. On the 23rd of June 2021 I returned the parts and they promised to refund me, up to this day I still haven't received my refund.
