Unprofessional
Me and my fiancee was looking forward to a relaxing spa day to enjoy Valentines day. We were so disappointed from the time we arrived there. We requested for non-alcoholic drinks for one and they simply did not take note of that. The welcome drink was hot, the tablecloth was dirty and they were half an hour late for our appointment. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable with no background music (even before loadshedding). The the******s' skills were satisfactory although the massage experience was very unprofessional due to kitchen staff washing dishes and talking out load right next to the room. On more than one occasion the the****** had to silence the other staff. It was just a horrible experience and on the website there were no indication of it with all the award photos. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
Good Day Done, load shedding was from 8:00 am till 10:00 am the power came on for one hour and at 11:00 am the Tshwane Municipality transformer outside our gate burnt out and left us with out power for the remainder of the day and our power was only attended to at 13:30 on the Sunday afternoon after numerous call logging and several reference numbers. This is why there were no music playing. Your treatments started a little bit later due to the fact that we did not have power and prepared all 3 course lunches on the back up gas system. Due to the fact that we started plus minus 30 min later, no treatments were cut and you finished plus minus 17:30 (plus minus 30 minutes later as scheduled). The noise was not staff but two different groups of clients that were enjoying there treatments through talking as there were no power in the neighboring treatment rooms. After treatments Amarula was offered to make up for the fact that we did not have any power. We apologize for inconvenience caused but it was due to a situation
beyond our control.
