Business that truly puts Customer First!!!

We had a problem where my elderly father in law bought a geyser element to replace on the geyser.The plumber found issues with the element however the 7 days return policy had lapsed but the element.After back and forth telephonic conversations with Mahommed regarding the policy on electrical equipment. I was touched when he actually called me back on the same day 18 September 2021 that on Monday 20th my father in law can come and get a refund they will take a loss.The biggest thing that touched me is that Ikhaya Hardware as business first understood that this was an elderly man and probably used his pension money to buy this and based on that sympathy they allowed the return although we have contravened policies. I am really amazed that we still have such business even during such times of Covid-19 where business were hard hit in their profits. I will recommend anyone in Vaal to use such businesses who are not only for profit but also about community they operate in.
