DO NOT BUY WAHOO PRODUCTS
Do not purchase a wahoo product! Because if you need a part - chances are you'll never get it. Requested to order handlebars for kickr bike in April. You have to liaise with SA entitiy Ikhambi distribution. They cannot tell me when this part is going to arrive so when i contact wahoo directly via their support link - they are also unable to advise where this order is and keep responding that they acknowledge my concern, escalated and closed ticket! All they say is that 'it is out of their hands'. I asked what their processes and procedures are - no answer. Just that their hands are tied.
