VERY UNHAPPY AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi All i would just like to warn everyone about the Company I-kem if you feel you would like to do business with them go ahead, but my experience was totally unpleasant and unprofessional, i was **** to from the beginning and the person i dealt with had no correct info about the products being sold after being told one thing and receiving another i refused to pay for it and within 10 days contacted them to collect their product as it was falsely pitched long story short i have been forced to pay R500 excl vat handling fee for SEALED PRODUCTS as well as having to deliver it back at my own cost, anyway i do believe that this is not the way one should do business and i will no longer deal with them or recommend them to anyone i know, thank you
