Where have they gone?

<p>I bought a number of items from them over the last few years. &nbsp;They have been very reliable and I have had no reason to complain. The wrong item was delivered once, but they arranged to collect and swap it the very same day. &nbsp; I also received my last order in May on time and without any issues. &nbsp;I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
