Outstanding customer service

<p>We made an enquiry on the first of January this year (a public holiday), and they got back to us immediately. We placed an order on the second, and the couch was delivered this morning. They also said that since we were not able to physically sit on, nor look at the couch, we would not have to pay or accept the delivery if we didn't like the couch.<br /><br />This is outstanding service, and really very prompt and efficient processing.<br /><br />Thank you so much - this is truly a wonderful example of how to treat customers to make them feel like they are number 1.</p>
