Bad service ever

I'm so disappointed with Ikeja WiFi.my router was struck by lightning on Monday the 16th December.i have been trying to contact them via their wattsp line to report the issue. On Wednesday I called their call centre to report the matter and I was told they will send the technicians to assist and today they send me a message that they can only assist me on the 7th January.what a bad service . I wasnt expecting them to take that long to assist me not sure if that is the service I deserve for the money I'm paying . I will look for another service provider who can service me better for the money bin paying .I will never ever recommend Ikeja to anyone .their service is very poor
