Ikapa group properties truly doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is by far the most , ineffective, ***********, unaccommodating, intolerant property group in the Western Cape. Their agents perpetuate the company's mission, which is to provide the worst service in South Africa. We purchased a house July 2019 and up to date we have not occupied the house. Despite numerous emails sent to the the parties involved, agent Tjaart Booyens, Propcan and Nedbank. We still haven’t received any clear indication as to when the house will be completed and ready for occupancy. We currently live on a 1 room flat with 2 kids and a helper as from 15 January 2021 due to our lease agreement termination as we could no longer extend our lease agreement on month-on-month basis. Tjaart advised that the house would be completed and that we will sign letter of satisfaction on 16 January, we were on site for nearly 2 hours and he didn’t pitch nor communicate anything to us until I reached out to him 18 Jan, he **** to us and said “his guys”are at the house and house will be completed only to get there and only kitchen wall tiles were being done for the entire 8 hours, wow! What an *********** company and agent

This is the worst experience ever experienced and heard of.
