Terrible Customer Service

<p>Do not use IJM Express for any courier services. They are absolutely useless. I have had my parcels sent all over the country. I still dont have them, and now they are not answering my emails. When I phone and wait ages for the call to be answered I am given a new story about the parcels whereabouts and when it will be delivered. I have even spoken to owners of the business and still I havent been sorted out. I will NEVER use them again. I have opened a new account with another local courier company. </p>
